Point, IN Every Minute of Service Creates a Stronger, Healthier
Community! There's a special feeling you get when you fill a need, solve a problem or simply make life better for someone else. You feel it when you give money to a cause you believe in, take food to a sick neighbor or help a friend in need. Here's your chance to identify volunteer opportunities and become an integral part of cultural change by giving back in your own community. We expect more than 60 community-based nonprofits to participate (it's growing
every year!!!) Along with sharing their organization's story, they can help match your time and talent with their needs. Some volunteers
are specifically trained in professional fields such as medicine, education, law and finance, while others serve in a number
of different ways, choosing positions that require a set schedule or something on a more "as-needed" bases to match
their availability. One thing is for sure: Your help is needed in the
community! Participants will want to plan time to explore all the possible ways you can get involved. Any amount
of time or talent you can contribute will be greatly appreciated by the organizations who dedicate themselves to making
our area a stronger and more vibrant place to live. We look forward to seeing you!
